onlynotes.ai provides AI-powered note transformation services that convert transcripts and raw notes into structured, executive-grade documentation. The Service includes web-based tools, AI processing, and data storage capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and Transcript Uploads

Accepted Content: The Service accepts text transcripts only. We do NOT process audio files (MP3, M4A, WAV), video files (MP4, MOV, AVI), or any recording files. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right and necessary permissions to upload and share all transcript content with our Service
• You have obtained appropriate consent from all meeting participants to record, transcribe, and process the content
• The content does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• The content does not contain confidential information you are not authorized to share
• You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with recording consent laws in your jurisdiction
• OnlyNotes.AI does not monitor or verify whether users have obtained appropriate recording consent and assumes no responsibility for users' compliance with applicable laws

Third-Party AI Processing: Your transcripts are processed using third-party AI services to generate structured notes. These providers do not use your data to train their models. You acknowledge that your content will be transmitted to our AI service providers for processing and that such processing is governed by their data usage policies in addition to our own Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload content containing illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Upload audio or video files (text transcripts only)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload transcripts without proper recording consent from participants

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

8. Data and Privacy
